We need to share our knowledge and experiences so that in the future these changes will become solid and effective. 
There is no point in having technology if you do not have the wisdom to use this technology. 
In order for us to take care of each other and our planet we must first learn from each other.  To evolve thinking it is necessary to open the frontiers of the heart.  While these walls are still among us, we will not be able to evolve together with our world and our time.
