Don't be afraid or ashamed to hug someone or ask for a hug.  

The more you show your love, the more loved you will be.  

Don't be ashamed to say how much you love and how much you are loved.  

Say everything you feel like saying and do everything you feel like doing.  

God is always telling you how much you can do and how much you are capable of.  

Value your ideas and thoughts.  

Never doubt yourself or your own ability.  

Live intensely all your desires, dreams and emotions.  

Free yourself from all the chains that hold you.
