Finally, I can go to IMAX to watch the new cinematic masterpiece by my friend Chris Nolan.
I couldn't make it to the premiere last week because I was treating a flare-up of bursitis and tendonitis in my left shoulder.
I got this gift a week before my birthday—a time people call the "astral hell" period.
Odysseus and I call it a curse from the gods.
Just like Odysseus, I lived through my own odyssey.
I faced giants, cyclopes, the fury of the sea, and I managed to resist the allure of the sirens' songs.
My odyssey is just as epic as Odysseus's.
I think Matt Damon even drew inspiration from me to craft his character.
It’s what I always say:
life imitates art, and vice versa.
Now, I’ll have the privilege of watching Nolan’s odyssey with my daughter on the giant IMAX screen.
It’s a fantastic way to celebrate my 52nd birthday.
I’ve loved cinema my whole life.
Alright, I’m off to watch my talented friends now.
I tell all of you to do the same—go see The Odyssey at IMAX.
It promises to be a unique cinematic experience.
Congratulations to my friends Christopher Nolan and this brilliant, stellar cast!!!
The success of this film comes from your aura.
P.S.: Thanks to Athena, my shoulder has improved enough for me to perform the final bow-and-arrow scene in my version of the *Odyssey*. 😶🌫️🏹📽👍
