I'm Still Here 📽

 

Yesterday I had the privilege of watching one of the greatest masterpieces of Brazilian cinema. 

I'm Still Here is much more than a masterpiece; this film marks a new era in cinematic art. 

I'm Still Here portrays with realism and fidelity one of the cruelest and darkest moments in Brazilian history, when the country lived through 24 years of dictatorship and military oppression. 

Fernanda Torres masterfully shows us the most fragile and courageous side of human beings. 

Something that only a mother with her love, courage, strength and balance can show us.

A magnificent and memorable film with a brilliant cast with striking and captivating performances that takes us back to the past through the magical lens of cinema. 

I'm Still Here is one of the most moving films I have ever seen. 

Congratulations to Walter Salles and this brilliant cast.
